This term we are learning all about bears. We watched this step by step video on youtube http://bit.ly/1rG06Kd and drew our own teddy bear. We got to decorate it with a tie, bow or bow tie at the end. We used a pencil to sketch our teddy bear and then went over our finished drawing with a black texta. We then used the watercolour paints to add lots of colour.
When we had finished that we copied a picture of a polar bear from an outline showing up on the Interactive Projector. It was harder to draw because we had to work out the step by step all by ourselves. We then used the black textas and watercolours to make them look fantastic. We are getting really good at using watercolours.
